A campaign that rewards local schools, sporting or community groups.

Community Rewards can be run via a microsite, an in-centre iPad Kiosk or traditionally (using tokens collected at the Customer Service Desk). It is super simple for your customers to take part in. All they need to do is make a spend in-centre and upload or present their receipts to a staff member to donate points to their selected local participating group.

The groups with the most points win a prize. A customer prize may be also awarded to further incentivise participation.

The points below explain the digital version of a Community Rewards Campaign. The design of the microsite will be customised to match your campaign or shopping centre brand.

1. Spend in Store
Customers make a spend in any store in your shopping centre.

Customers visit a microsite or an iPad kiosk in centre and register as a community rewards member.

3. Upload Receipts
Customers complete their spend
details, attach a photo of their receipt and nominate a school or community group to allocate points to.

4. Moderation.
A staff member logs into the
secure admin section to moderate submitted receipts. Receipts are either approved or rejected. 

5. Points Allocated
Points are allocated to the
nominated school/community group and customers can see the purchase details in their activity history.

6. Live Leaderboard
The leaderboard is updated with the new points total. This leaderboard can be displayed both on the website and an in-centre screen.
